The password reminder mechanism allows you to enter a few identifying details so that we can search for, and re-issue your password to you. The primary means of identification is the e-mail address you used to sign up to GameInstitute.com. If you cannot remember this e-mail address, or you have no means of collecting e-mail sent to that address, please contact us and we will reset your password for you.

Identifying Information
E-Mail Address: Required: This is the e-mail address to which your password reminder will be sent, as well as the primary means of identifying your account within the system.
First Name: Required: In order for us to attempt to locate your account, please provide the first name of the account holder.
Last Name: Required: In order for us to attempt to locate your account, please provide the last name of the account holder.
Submit Details:

After choosing to submit your details, assuming your account was successfully identified; an e-mail will be sent to the primary account address confirming all of your access details. If we were unable to identify your account, or for security reasons access to this information was denied, please follow the instructions provided on the error notification page shown.
