Peter has worked professionally in the 3D graphics arena since 1983.
He designed and developed 3D simulators for the F-15 and F-16 jet
fighters, the Apache Helicopter, and various land-based armored vehicles. He has also spent years
working with a number of technology companies designing user interfaces for
corporate applications as well as games. Peter has also taught seminars for the Hong Kong government (Hong Kong
Productivity Council) on 3D game development and is currently producing a game
engine designed for children as well as a 3D learning game. Peter has authored two books on 3D Graphics
using Direct3D. Microsoft Press published Inside Direct3D in 2000.The
Awesome Power of Direct3D/DirectX was published by Manning Publications in
1997, 1998 and 1999, with a fourth edition printed in 2000. He has also written several articles published in the Visual C++ Developer's Journal.
