Joshua Hintze graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelors and masters degree in Electrical Engineering.
His main research focus was Unmanned Aerial Vehicles where he helped create the worlds smallest fully functional autopilot (patent pending).
Before graduating Josh took a research position at NASA Ames Research Center in Moffett Field, California. At NASA Josh designed algorithms
for landing autonomous helicopters by scanning potential landing locations with stereo cameras and machine vision algorithms. Recently,
Josh has co-founded a company called Procerus Technologies that builds and ships autopilots all over the world, many of which end up in military applications.
Josh’s game experience comes from his passion in making games and video game hardware. His first product in this arena is the ''Digital Logic Exploration Kit''
that, when combined with the XGameStation, is used to teach electronics to newcomers.
