In this workshop you will learn how to integrate shader technology into your existing rendering framework. Doing so will open up a whole series of new doors which we will enter and explore together. For example, we will examine modern per-pixel lighting and shadowing techniques, advanced multi-texturing concepts, environment mapping, reflection and refraction for transparent surfaces, bump mapping for increasing surface detail, and much more.
